About the Role

Fivetran is a leading provider of cloud data integration solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer retention and expansion, ensuring that our customers achieve maximum value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive retention and expansion of existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer executives, technical leads, and end-users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their business objectives
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Fivetran's products and services
  • Develop and deliver regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers
  • Work closely with Fivetran's support and success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and issue resolution
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or sales, with a strong track record of driving customer retention and expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus
