Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the sales team to provide best-in-class service to our customers and distributors.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide timely responses to customer requests via email and telephone.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and position our company as a trusted long-term business partner.
- Support revenue-driving outreach efforts and provide information on new products and innovations.
- Work within a team environment to develop business and expand outreach in both domestic and international markets.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Experience in a sales, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Results-driven orientation with high energy and a passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Demonstrated customer service/selling, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Conscientiousness and ability to track and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Extroversion and strong communication skills with the ability to communicate well via email and telephone.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a bias towards being proactive.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- A competitive salary of $55,000.
