Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and sales support to our clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure long-term loyalty and growth
  • Support revenue-driving outreach efforts and negotiate sales offers
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Experience in a sales, sales support, customer service, or a similar role
  • Results-driven orientation with high energy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong computer aptitude with the ability to use spreadsheet, email, and word-processing software effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with international customers, vendors, or distributors
  • Experience in ingredient or material sales in the nutritional and dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, consumer packaged goods, beauty, personal care, or cosmetics industries
  • Experience utilizing CRM and ERP systems
  • Ability to write and speak other languages
