Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Cx accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, success, and retention. You will work closely with clients to understand their evolving business requirements and sell our Cx solutions to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Facility Grid's Cx accounts and ensure client satisfaction, success, and retention.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their evolving business requirements.
  • Sell our Cx solutions to address client needs.
  • Develop and close inbound web leads.
  • Pursue expansion opportunities and referral business.
  • Contribute to Cx product evolution via the feedback loop with customers.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales of SaaS products. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
