Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving medical balances through negotiation and collection.

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients, helping them navigate the billing process and resolve their outstanding balances. Your ability to listen actively, resolve problems efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients over the phone, resolving medical balances through negotiation and collection
  • Listen actively to patients, understanding their concerns and needs
  • Resolve problems efficiently, maintaining a positive attitude and empathetic demeanor
  • Learn new software quickly, adapting to changing systems and processes
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance, with a strong understanding of HIPAA
  • Ability to learn new software quickly, adapting to changing systems and processes
