Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet patients with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Assist patients in comprehending and accepting proposed treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the orthodontist to align treatment plans with patient needs and the practice's schedule.
  • Address patient inquiries, providing explanations of treatment options and associated costs.
  • Facilitate financial arrangements with patients or responsible parties.
  • Manage all treatment-related documentation, including consent and insurance forms.
  • Work approximately 30-34 hours per week.


Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software.
  • Ability to uphold patient confidentiality and maintain professionalism.
  • A passion for working with children is essential.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
