About the Role

Zillow Group is poised for the next phase of growth by passionately focusing on improving the home shopping experience and helping more shoppers find their next home. A key part of our strategy involves partnering with top-performing real estate agents, known as Zillow Premier Agents (ZPA). Our goal is to drive more real estate transactions for ZPAs and deliver better experiences for everyone.

The role of National Business Advisor, Regional Partnerships is to guide ZPA partners in delivering phenomenal home shopping experiences for consumers, from initial consumer introduction to home purchase transaction. National BAs will advise ZPAs on recommended and required practices and behaviors that support desired home buying experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and Zillow brand ambassador for ZPAs, mentoring, empowering, and educating partners on our products and services critical to shared goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention.
  • Conduct video consults with assigned ZPAs to assess their operations and provide feedback on converting connections into transactions and delivering great experiences.
  • Conduct financial analysis for ZPAs to understand client business operations and offer recommendations.
  • Coach on lead conversion strategies, establish a relationship built on mutual trust, and drive adoption of Zillow Group services.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the tools and collateral available to support partners and leverage the material regularly.
  • Continuously identify and recommend areas to improve efficiency to leadership and peers within the ZPA Partnerships team.
  • Demonstrate domain expertise in local real estate trends, compliance, activity, and overall landscape of the assigned market.
  • Utilize the Zillow Group tech stack to monitor and execute business.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of sales, account management, customer success, or relationship/partner management experience.
  • High ethical values and integrity.
  • Strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive can-do demeanor and a consistent record of success in a sales environment.
  • Robust business and financial acuity, with the ability to use analytical insights to drive conversations and decisions.
  • Focused, reliable self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in SAAS/PAAS, real estate media, advertising, and/or marketplace-based businesses is preferred.
