Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic business planning efforts, focusing on organizational and community engagement, outreach initiatives, and staffing of our Customer Review Panel.
  • Develop, facilitate, and present complex plans, analyses, policy proposals, and stakeholder engagements addressing a wide range of emerging and priority business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with and consult subject matter experts both inside and outside our organization to ensure effective and inclusive decision-making and policy development.
  • Support the advancement of innovative business strategies and initiatives, aligning with our strategic goals and community priorities.
  • Facilitate the development of comprehensive policy solutions through thorough analysis and stakeholder input.
  • Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and support for our strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in policy, public affairs, public administration, business management, environmental studies, or related field.
  • OR Education/Experience Equivalency: 2 additional years of related work experience.
  • AND Experience: At least five (5) years progressively responsible experience in a community-based organization, non-profit, government, or utility setting.
