Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Flynn Construction Inc. The successful candidate will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure project schedules are met, and maintain quality and safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Construction Supervision: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards on-site, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of experience in commercial construction projects.
  • Project Management, Construction supervision, and Quality control skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Inspection capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
