Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of seasoned recruiters and facilitate its growth.
  • Provide coaching, development, and training – guiding trainees to become consultants and nurturing consultants into managerial roles.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to manage your team and drive performance.
  • Identify talent trends and leverage market intelligence and competitive insights.
  • Expand the sectors in which we operate as the team grows.
  • Set an example through your own personal achievements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, industry specifics, and workplace culture to become a leading specialist.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, salaries, and consulting fees.
  • Encourage innovation and motivate your team to explore next-generation advertising and sourcing strategies.
  • Engage with clients and candidates through various sales, business development, and marketing techniques, including networking events.
  • Host events, webinars, and podcasts in collaboration with our marketing team, clients, and candidates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create original content such as blogs, events, podcasts, and vlogs.
