- Collaborate with quality and reliability teams to develop and uphold operational and maintenance procedures along with preventative maintenance schedules for electronics-specific analytical and purification systems.

- Monitor and ensure the availability and reliability of analyzers.

- Read, interpret, and maintain facility documentation such as P&IDs, schematic wiring diagrams, QA plans, and procedures in accordance with change management policies.

- Guarantee compliance with established procedures and quality assurance protocols to avoid any overdue facility analyzer calibrations.
- Escalate issues and failures as necessary.
- Assist in the commissioning and start-up of new analytical equipment.
- Identify and manage spare parts and replacement components for facility analytical system equipment.
- Oversee the management of third-party analytical system contractors.
- Propose enhancements to safety, profitability, maintenance programs, and work processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, FTIR, and process analyzers, preferably in an industrial context.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience with ultra-high purity gas purification systems is advantageous.
- Basic electrical and instrumental skills are desirable.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (both verbal and written) to coordinate across various levels of the organization, suppliers, and clients.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

- Proficient in writing and interpreting technical procedures and instructions.

- Excellent organizational capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects within a specified timeframe.

- Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S. and provide after-hours support as required.

- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

The Analytical Systems Supervisor will be responsible for the calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of atmospheric gas analytical systems, as well as supervising and coordinating resources for these tasks.

This position involves managing direct reports and reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, requiring a blend of office and fieldwork.

Availability for after-hours support and carrying a cell phone for plant personnel assistance is essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster effective working relationships with plant operations teams.

Travel to various plants will be necessary for this role.

Analytical system equipment includes, but is not limited to, analyzers, sample manifolds, sample pumps, gas cylinders, regulators, valves, tubing, purifiers, control systems, dilution systems, and analyzer cabinets.


Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 (USD)
