Job Summary:

The Talent Development Partner plays a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of employees within the organization. This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and presentation of internal trainings. They will also help with designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive talent development programs and initiatives that align with the organization's objectives. The Talent Development Partner collaborates closely with various departments to assess training needs, create department and role-specific plans, develop training materials, and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. They also oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to enhance performance and career growth. Additionally, the role involves staying current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent development strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent development programs and initiatives that align with the organization's objectives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, create department and role-specific plans, and develop training materials.
  • Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences through training and development programs.
  • Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees to enhance performance and career growth.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent development strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Four years of progressive Talent Development and Management experience.
  • Two years of experience in Human Resources functions.
  • Three years of experience designing programs, processes, and/or large group facilitation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage training programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PHR/CP or CPTD certification/credential.
  • Certified in Change Management framework.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
  • Familiar with the full scope of Human Resources program and operations administration.
