We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Production Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, testing, and vetting linguistic talent to meet the demands of our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting linguistic talent to meet project requirements
  • Executing administrative tasks to support talent recruitment, including testing and vetting
  • Providing regular updates and handovers to supervisors and peers
  • Maintaining performance against KPIs, including on-time delivery and accurate updates

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Localization Vendor Management
  • Proficient in English at a professional level
