We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Production Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, testing, and vetting linguistic talent to meet the demands of our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting linguistic talent to meet project requirements
- Executing administrative tasks to support talent recruitment, including testing and vetting
- Providing regular updates and handovers to supervisors and peers
- Maintaining performance against KPIs, including on-time delivery and accurate updates
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Localization Vendor Management
- Proficient in English at a professional level
