SOLV Energy is a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services across North America. We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing knowledge management, project management, and learning expertise to support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, organize and produce knowledge content.
  • Support the implementation of knowledge solutions by managing project timelines and tasks.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in knowledge content throughout the knowledge base and learning management platform.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent taxonomy and metadata schema to bring clarity and organization to our knowledge assets.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Use reporting features to monitor the frequency of use, satisfaction levels, and SEO metrics for knowledge base and learning management solutions.
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing content designed for learning and employee role support.
  • Experience writing new learning content and editing existing content, consistent with a style guide.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement.
  • Experience applying change management to projects.
  • Proven track record of using effective consultative skills and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using AI personally in work processes and evangelizing the use of AI to others.
  • Experience using knowledge base content to support learning initiatives.
  • Experience creating and managing knowledge management processes.
  • Experience using a knowledge or content management system (KMS or CMS).

Compensation Range:
$69,770.00 - $87,213.00
