- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the front office budget, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that our front office operations are running efficiently and effectively.
- Provide training and development opportunities to our front office team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to obtain a Mississippi Gaming badge (work permit).
- College degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and management systems.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
The Front Office Manager will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent interactions with guests, colleagues, and management.
