Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that our front office operations are running efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to obtain a Mississippi Gaming badge (work permit).
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and management systems.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
