We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative II to serve as the face-to-face point of contact for patients. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of patient access and financial counseling.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain all necessary information to register and financially clear patients
- Enhance the patient experience through effective communication and customer service
- Work in multiple computer systems, including patient registration and accounting systems
- Manage confidential information and maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed targeted customer service, productivity, and quality standards
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 1 year of recent relevant experience
- General knowledge of patient access, financial counseling, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
