ISP Support Technician Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ISP Support Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve voice, data, video, and connectivity issues
  • Consult with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Document and track customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 7
  • Experience in a call center or technical support environment
