Job Description

The Administrative Assistant II will provide comprehensive administrative support to the faculty, staff, and students in the Intercultural and International Studies Division. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the division and fostering a positive, learning environment. The assistant will manage tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, communication, creating documents and flyers, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events in the division, as well as providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, and visitors. The successful candidate will have the ability to learn and apply emerging technologies related to the area(s) of assignment.
