Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist

About Us: LINE LA is a dynamic hospitality company seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role: As a Sales Operations Specialist at LINE LA, you will play a critical role in coordinating sales efforts, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  1. Distribute Daily Leads: Ensure timely distribution of daily incoming leads to the appropriate sales team members.
  2. Redirect Calls: Redirect sales-related calls or distribute correspondence to the correct person on the team.
  3. Liaise with Departments: Act as a liaison between other departments, such as Operations, Front Office, and F&B.
  4. Submit Reports: Gather and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  5. Balance Operational Needs: Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs, including client amenities, gift certificates, individual reservation requests, proposals, site visit assistance, and contracts.
  6. Customer Site Inspections: Perform customer site inspections when necessary.
  7. Meetings and Training: Participate in meetings with hotel staff and clients, including sales meetings, BEO/resume meetings, pre-convention meetings, and planning visits.
  8. Office Maintenance: Maintain office inventories, supplies, and equipment.
  9. Service Excellence: Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all customers and colleagues.
  10. Safety and Emergency Procedures: Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures, including OSHA requirements.

Requirements:
  • Previous Hotel Experience: Previous hotel or hotel sales experience preferred.
  • MS Office Skills: Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Software Proficiency: Previous experience with Delphi, Opera, and Social Tables preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data Confidentiality: Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Language Skills: Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask.
  • Team Player: Work well under pressure and be a team player.
