A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting clients upon their arrival and discussing their automotive service needs. For those with appointments, you will check them in and communicate their requirements to our technicians. You will also assist walk-in customers, providing them with information about potential wait times.
In addition to in-person interactions, you will handle incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling appointments as needed. After services are completed, you will return customers' keys and express gratitude for their business, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CLIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
