Key Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Utilize designated software tools to manage support inquiries and respond to customer emails promptly.
- Employ phone system software to monitor availability and effectively handle customer calls.
- Process orders and credits in the ERP system efficiently, while maintaining related claim cases.
- Assist with the fulfillment of sample and literature requests as needed.
- Provide backup support for team members, including managing support queues and processing orders.
- Stay informed about product offerings and company programs.
- Communicate product issues or customer feedback to the Customer Service Manager for resolution.
- Handle order entry tasks, including verification and shipping inquiries.
- Support administrative functions for the Sales and Service Management Team.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with relevant software systems is advantageous.
