Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage professionally with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  2. Utilize designated software tools to manage support inquiries and respond to customer emails promptly.
  3. Employ phone system software to monitor availability and effectively handle customer calls.
  4. Process orders and credits in the ERP system efficiently, while maintaining related claim cases.
  5. Assist with the fulfillment of sample and literature requests as needed.
  6. Provide backup support for team members, including managing support queues and processing orders.
  7. Stay informed about product offerings and company programs.
  8. Communicate product issues or customer feedback to the Customer Service Manager for resolution.
  9. Handle order entry tasks, including verification and shipping inquiries.
  10. Support administrative functions for the Sales and Service Management Team.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with relevant software systems is advantageous.
