Established by graduates from prestigious institutions, our initial focus was on the Japanese market. In a short time, we have achieved significant growth, with over 7,500 active users, including 17 of the top 20 largest law firms utilizing our platform.
Our success in Japan has been primarily driven by organic referrals, as we have relied on minimal marketing strategies. We have also secured several long-term contracts with notable enterprises and law firms, leading to our profitability from the outset and rapid growth without external funding.
Why We Need You:
As we venture into the US market, we have received positive feedback from American legal professionals. However, we recognize the subtle differences between the Japanese and US markets that we are currently navigating. While we have gradually expanded our presence in the US without significant marketing efforts, we are now prepared to enhance our strategies. To facilitate this, we are looking for a customer success expert with a solid understanding of transactional law.
Your Responsibilities:
As the inaugural Customer Success professional in the US, you will:
- Create user manuals and training materials to assist users in maximizing BoostDraft's capabilities.
- Gain insights into attorneys' workflows and demonstrate how specific BoostDraft features can benefit their cases.
- Conduct customer interviews to identify inefficiencies in their daily operations, categorize challenges, and collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize new features for development.
Essential Qualifications -
- At least 2 years of experience as a transactional lawyer.
- A strong interest in contributing to an early-stage startup and engaging with cutting-edge technology.
- Proficient in writing and articulating features, with a desire to develop user manuals and onboarding videos.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage complex requests effectively.
- Experience in an early-stage IT startup environment.
- Background in a customer success role.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and the ability to create visual content.
