Join us as our new Sales Executive for the Los Angeles Region

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be expected to maintain excellent communication with a focus on customer service. Your success will be measured by your ability to foster strong, long-lasting client relationships and meet or exceed growth targets.

Your contributions will include:
  • Grasping key performance indicators and devising strategies to surpass all metrics within your designated territory.
  • Utilizing and updating the CRM system to effectively manage vital information on accounts and prospects.
  • Creating and implementing strategic business/sales plans to meet sales objectives and broaden our customer base.
  • Executing sales and educational initiatives for new product introductions.
  • Adhering to and implementing sales protocols, policies, and practices as outlined by Microbiome Labs.
  • Serving as the primary liaison and cultivating enduring relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Collaborating with customers and prospects to comprehend their business needs and goals.
  • Ensuring current clients are satisfied and delivering exceptional service consistently.
  • Monitoring and evaluating customer usage of our products and formulating strategies to enhance market share.
  • Assisting customers and prospects through various communication channels, including phone, email, online presentations, screen-sharing, in-person meetings, and training sessions.
  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, prospects, and stakeholders.
  • Providing timely and effective education on our products and their benefits.
  • Enhancing job knowledge through ongoing educational opportunities, professional publications, networking, and participation in relevant organizations and trainings.
  • Communicating with your sales manager regarding any needs or changes that could support sales initiatives.
  • Regularly meeting with your sales manager to review business/sales plans, performance metrics, customer retention, and strategies for acquiring new customers.
  • Ensuring that customer and lead communications align with company objectives.
  • Representing the company at trade shows to educate prospects, acquire new customers, and provide ongoing education for existing accounts.
  • Conducting local market assessments to identify threats, trends, and opportunities.
This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
Location: Remote (must reside in the Los Angeles, CA area)

Compensation: $55,000 base salary
