- Cultivate a Positive Workplace Culture: Represent the company in community and industry events, enhancing the company's local and professional presence, and promoting a culture of excellence and growth.
- Track and Analyze Agent Performance: Ensure alignment with company goals and identify areas for improvement, while staying informed on market trends and industry changes to advise agents accurately and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Assist in Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of strategic plans that align with company objectives, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred to support a deep understanding of business and real estate dynamics.
- Minimum of five years previous job-related work experience.
- Minimum of five years previous job-related management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in a high-growth setting, preferably within real estate, showing the ability to manage and inspire teams towards achieving business objectives.
- Strong capabilities in building relationships and recruiting top talent, particularly high-performing real estate agents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, necessary for effective coaching and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with real estate processes, systems, and technology to support and train agents effectively.
- Technological Proficiency: Adept in using advanced technology tools for communication, database management, and market analysis to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Project Management software (e.g., Google Suite), and Ninja Selling System.
