Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Twin Falls Subaru team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for answering phones, managing internet opportunities, and bringing customers to our dealership. With an hourly pay plus bonuses based on appointments set, shown, and sold, your earnings are directly tied to your efforts and success.
Responsibilities:- Handle all incoming phone calls and internet inquiries professionally
- Schedule and make arrangements for guests visiting our dealership
- Build rapport quickly with guests, converting hesitant inquiries into brand advocates
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and create lifelong relationships
- Be a master on the phone, persistent, and ready for success, even in tough situations
- Prior experience in customer service
- High energy and self-motivation
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
