Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Pacific Office Automation is a leading document imaging and technology dealer with over 40 years of experience. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Burley, ID.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calling, learning and demonstrating the benefits of our products and services, and developing and presenting proposals tailored to each client's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and plan daily sales activities and attend sales training/team meetings
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to set face-to-face appointments with clients
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all of POA's products, services, and solutions to clients
  • Develop and present proposals tailored to each individual client's specific needs
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow up
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones every day
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business
