Business Development Representative

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Outfield team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients and guiding them through the early stages of the customer journey.
- Collaborating with clients and prospects to understand and address their business challenges.
- Working closely with our cross-functional team to identify and resolve customer pain points.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Generating interest in our services and solutions through targeted outreach and communication.
- Ensuring ongoing success and retention through regular client communication and support.
- Developing and presenting compelling business proposals to prospective clients.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of business experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Strong listening skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Creative problem-solving and a coachable mindset.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including company executives.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, commission, and stock options. This is a non-remote position, and we require a copy of your resume to proceed.
