Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our Outfield team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for:

  1. Building strong relationships with prospective clients and guiding them through the early stages of the customer journey.
  2. Collaborating with clients and prospects to understand and address their business challenges.
  3. Working closely with our cross-functional team to identify and resolve customer pain points.
  4. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  5. Generating interest in our services and solutions through targeted outreach and communication.
  6. Ensuring ongoing success and retention through regular client communication and support.
  7. Developing and presenting compelling business proposals to prospective clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of business experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong listening skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Creative problem-solving and a coachable mindset.
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including company executives.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Bilingualism is a plus.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, commission, and stock options. This is a non-remote position, and we require a copy of your resume to proceed.
