Specialty Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Specialty Sales Representative to join our team at IBSA USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales forecasts and establishing strong relationships with key healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet daily sales call activity and client deliverables
  • Maintain and update prescriber profiles
  • Stay informed about products, disease states, and market trends
  • Present a professional image for the company
  • Participate in training and sales meetings
  • Organize territory to meet sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
  • Utilize negotiation and communication skills effectively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Residence within the designated geography
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to pass required tests and background checks
