Job Description

As an Operations Administrative Jr Associate at Habitat for Humanity of Broward, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's mission to provide decent housing for low-income families. Your primary responsibilities will include managing mortgages, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the VP of Finance and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage mortgages, including taking calls from homeowners and reporting on issues that need to be escalated.
  • Maintain accurate records, including compiling staff lists and organizational charts, and sending out monthly updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP, including managing calendars, scheduling interviews, and assisting with quality control and compliance checks.
  • Assist with business errands, contact vendors, and maintain computer databases of current homeowners.
  • Perform monthly quality control checks on loan files to ensure all documents are scanned into the pertinent folders.

Requirements:

  • High School degree required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in an office setting.
