Job Title: North American Jr. Sales Manager

Unicity is a leading company in the development of innovative, science-based products and programs that promote metabolic health and improve the quality of life for people everywhere.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven North American Jr. Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing distributors to increase sales, virtually and in person.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in MLM or direct selling companies, bilingual skills (English and Spanish), and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field are highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Training and coaching distributors to increase sales
  • Proposing and implementing strategies to increase sales
  • Contacting and supporting distributors to increase sales
  • Building and maintaining relationships with distributors
  • Identifying improvements and challenges and developing creative solutions
