We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative to foster long-lasting relationships with our clients and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative

  • Develop and nurture sales opportunities with existing clients while identifying and establishing new accounts.
  • Create tailored sales presentations that address the unique needs of both current and prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, schedule appointments, and maintain customer communication records.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape by analyzing current pricing, products, and installation services in the multifamily flooring market.
  • Propose innovative products and services based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues by understanding their concerns and providing effective solutions.

Essential Competencies

  • Fundamental sales knowledge and experience in account management or related fields.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in delivering solutions that are focused on client needs.
  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Positive mindset, self-driven, and determined to succeed.

Education and Experience Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer sales or a related area is necessary.

At least 2 years of experience in the flooring industry or a related field is preferred.

Experience in selling products and services to multifamily property management companies is advantageous.

Reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a valid driver's license are required.
