We are currently looking for a skilled Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in fostering long-term relationships with our clients and ensuring their continued success.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative

- Establish and nurture sales relationships with existing clients while also identifying and onboarding new accounts.
- Craft tailored sales presentations that address the unique needs of both current and prospective clients.
- Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities, schedule customer interactions, and generate reports.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape by analyzing current market trends in multifamily flooring.
- Propose innovative products and services based on market evaluations and competitive insights.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues by understanding their concerns and providing effective solutions.
Essential Competencies for the Sales Representative
- Solid foundation in sales principles, account management, or related experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, present data, and influence decision-making processes at all organizational levels.
- Experience in delivering solutions that are focused on client needs.
- Strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience Requirements
A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in customer sales or a related field is necessary.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the flooring industry or a related field is also required.
Experience in selling to multifamily property management companies or working within those organizations is preferred.
Reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
