We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Community Solutions team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities.
Key Responsibilities- Sell our products and services to MDU communities, including rights of entry, bulk sales agreements, and competitive service agreements.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new revenue-generating opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships with C-suite executives, property owners, co-op/condo board members, lawyers, building managers, developers, and government officials.
- Work cross-functionally with Construction, Engineering, Sales Operations, Field Operations, Government Affairs, and Legal teams.
- Anticipate and mitigate challenges for at-risk MDU accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of related sales experience within cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development.
- Experience with rights of entry/access, and FCC requirements for inside wiring rules.
- Superb communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and active listening skills.
- Presentation of technical concepts in understandable ways, sound judgment, motivated, results-driven, and work well under pressure.
- Valid state driver's license and safe driving record.
- Knowledge of cable, TV, Internet, and/or Voice products and services.
- Experience using automated report applications (e.g., Salesforce CRM).
