Position Responsibilities
As a Flooring Sales Consultant, you will deliver exceptional customer service, leveraging your extensive knowledge of flooring products and advanced sales techniques. You will engage with customers in the flooring department, identifying their needs and guiding them through informed purchasing decisions.

A Flooring Sales Consultant should possess in-depth product knowledge, which includes but is not limited to: the ability to articulate the uses of various floor adhesives, familiarity with a range of carpeting options (both in stock and special order), expertise in ceramic tile installation, and understanding of hard flooring products including hardwood, laminate, and vinyl. Additionally, proficiency in using equipment for cutting wire shelving and carpeting is essential.
