Job Summary

SitusAMC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across its multifamily portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to improve revenue and operations across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal asset management colleagues and external third-party property management staff to drive revenue growth.
  • Perform portfolio analyses and present findings to key internal stakeholders, including the head of residential investment management.
  • Stay informed on relevant macroeconomic trends and legislative changes in respective markets.
  • Host recurring performance review meetings with investment management team and senior leadership to review financial results and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or related industry.
  • Analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Displays business acumen and understanding of organizational agility.
  • Experience using Microsoft office products, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others.
  • Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry standard revenue management software tools.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work well in an autonomous dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours at times depending upon workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively assess and address risk.
  • Experience delivering professional presentations and dealing with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in multifamily or hotel revenue management.
  • Experience working directly with institutional real estate ownership groups and JV partners.
  • Experience mentoring or training others.
