Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee projects for our Colorado Springs regional office.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project and financial planning, design-build review/construction, contracting, and risk management.

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead project teams to success, ensuring a quality experience for our customers.
  • Manage project finances, forecasting costs, and compiling monthly financial reports.
  • Oversee and support the development, review, and implementation of construction schedules, submittal reviews, and subcontractor management.
  • Monitor and audit quality control, safety, and finances of assigned construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Report and escalate to Senior Operations Manager as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience with OSHA, EM, and other regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience directing, training, and motivating field personnel.
  • Experience in a strong business, construction management, and delivery methodologies background.
  • Experience managing all aspects of multiple, simultaneous projects, to include financials and schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Top secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in pdf software such as Bluebeam.

Work Environment:

The job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.

Occasional travel may be required.
