Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Technical Applications Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The Technical Applications Specialist will work closely with the Support & Service Manager Americas (Application Engineering Supervisor) to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional application and support services to CABINET VISION's existing clients and partners.
  • Provide both Online and Onsite training services tailored to customer requirements.
  • Facilitate Online and/or Onsite machine integration services for clients.
  • Offer Technical Support services as necessary.
  • Execute modifications to post processors when required.
  • Assist clients in developing and adjusting custom reports, UCS, and catalogs/libraries.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Prior experience in a software support or service capacity is preferred.
  • Advanced technical and software competencies are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is necessary.

Skills:

  • Certifications in JavaScript, T-SQL, AWS, and Microsoft Azure are advantageous.
  • Capability to utilize various software applications effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding analytical, detail-oriented, and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work activities efficiently.

Physical Demands:

Employees must be capable of performing essential job functions satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Regularly, employees will be in a stationary position for extended periods; occasional bending and kneeling may be required. Manual dexterity is necessary for keyboard use and operating office equipment. Employees will frequently move around the office and occasionally visit customer locations. Lifting or moving up to 20 pounds may be necessary.

The work setting is primarily an office environment, with occasional visits to customer locations. The office is maintained in a clean, orderly, well-lit, and ventilated condition.
