Position Summary

As the Service Coordinator at Saildrone, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational success of our field teams. Your primary responsibility will be to create comprehensive plans for assembly and service operations, enabling our teams to execute their tasks effectively in challenging environments.

You will work closely with production and maritime operations teams to establish clear requirements for field activities. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in providing technicians with the necessary documentation, tools, and resources to perform their duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement service plans, including writing repair orders and identifying required parts for operations.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to communicate assembly and service expectations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) and fleet management systems.
  • Assist with personnel scheduling and administrative tasks.

Required Experience

  • Ability to understand the intricacies of physical components within a technical system.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Availability to work onsite and extended hours as needed.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in high-throughput service environments, such as automotive or construction.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced, dynamic work settings.
  • Strong skills in systems administration for ERP and fleet management tools.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform data entry and stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
