Role Summary
As the Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our field operations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and document comprehensive operational plans for assembly and service tasks, ensuring that our teams are well-prepared to tackle the challenges presented by extreme environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed service plans and repair orders to facilitate effective field operations.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to communicate assembly and service requirements clearly.
- Maintain accurate records within our ERP and Fleet Management systems.
- Assist with personnel scheduling and administrative tasks to optimize team performance.

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Willingness to work onsite and adapt to varying schedules as needed.
- Experience in high-volume service environments requiring meticulous attention to detail.
- Background in fast-paced, innovative settings with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong skills in systems administration across various software platforms.
- Ability to perform data entry and stand for extended periods, with the capacity to lift up to 25 lbs.
