Role Summary

The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the operational success of our autonomous vehicles, which endure extreme conditions. This position requires meticulous planning and execution of service operations to maintain the integrity and functionality of our fleet. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive field operation plans that set our teams up for success in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create detailed service plans and repair orders to facilitate effective field operations.
  • Collaborate with production and maritime teams to communicate assembly and service requirements clearly.
  • Ensure the accuracy of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Fleet Management systems.
  • Assist with personnel scheduling and administrative tasks.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling technical work in complex environments.
  • Proficiency in documenting scope of work and managing records in digital systems.
  • A strong understanding of the components and configurations of complex systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • The ability to work onsite and adapt to extended hours as necessary.
