Key Responsibilities

  • Attracting Talent: Champion ClearlyAgile at local meetups and conferences.
  • Recruiting: Assist the recruiting team as needed.
  • Onboarding: Guide new employees through the onboarding process.
  • Orientation: Help new employees get acclimated on their first day/week.
  • Performance Management: Discuss performance issues with employees in a constructive and respectful way.
  • Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company.
