Job Title: Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Employee Experience Manager to join our team at ClearlyAgile. As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for all employees, from hire to exit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Engagement: Meet regularly with employees to gather feedback and understand their priorities.
  • Company Culture: Help maintain a corporate culture where employees feel valued and engaged.
  • Retention: Help create and maintain an environment where employees want to stay.
  • Attracting Talent: Champion ClearlyAgile at local meetups/conferences/social get-togethers.
  • Recruiting: Assist the recruiting team as needed.
  • Onboarding: Help guide new employees through the onboarding process.
  • Orientation: Help new employees get acclimated on their first day/week.
  • Performance Management: Discuss performance issues with employees in a constructive and respectful way.
  • Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Workplace Experience: A candidate can be successful in this position if they exhibit a genuine passion for creating a positive workplace experience.
  • Collaborative Leadership Style: Thrives in a people-oriented environment and demonstrates a collaborative leadership style at all levels of the organization.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional emotional intelligence and empathy are essential for this role.
  • Agility and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates agility, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience in People Operations: Experience in a people operations role is highly desirable.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment Experience: Full cycle recruitment experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of Agile Principles: Knowledge of agile principles and current technologies used in software development is required.
  • Networking and Communication Skills: Eagerness to attend meetups and networking events and exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation is necessary.
  • Education: A BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree is preferred.
Location and Requirements:
  • Location: Must be in the Tampa Bay Area or willing to relocate without assistance (hybrid work environment).
  • Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no subcontracts or visa sponsorship).
