Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Panasonic North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that enhance the efficiency and quality of mission-critical manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems that support battery manufacturing processes.
- Develop software solutions for the automation and control of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Integrate various data sources and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility for analysis and decision-making.
- Implement and maintain software testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of software systems.
- Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and production teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs.
- 4+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- 4+ years of experience in frontend technology such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript frameworks.
- 4+ years of experience working with microservice-based architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
- Experience with database management systems like SQL, NoSQL, etc.
- Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
