Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including conveyor systems, automation, and robotics.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document all maintenance activities and record-keeping in our computerized maintenance management system.
  • Collaborate with maintenance mechanics and other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Perform facility maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of production equipment.
  • Fundamental understanding of machinery and equipment.
  • Basic skill level in multiple computer software packages, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • Certification or licensure in a relevant trade.
  • 3+ years of experience in a building maintenance position servicing a facility larger than 75,000 square feet.
