This position is crucial for advancing a project aimed at innovating technology for hydrogen-powered engines. The ideal candidate will take charge of the development lifecycle, ensuring that project benchmarks are achieved while upholding the utmost standards of quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budget, and resources to guarantee effective project execution.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers during the prototype development phase.
- Apply technical expertise to inform project choices and resolve challenges.
- Ensure that designs fulfill functional specifications and adhere to industry regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, team members, and external collaborators.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to project management in engineering contexts.
- A Bachelor's degree in any engineering field.
- A demonstrated history of managing intricate engineering projects, ideally related to engine technology.
- A solid grasp of control systems, facilities engineering, and engine management systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

- Experience in hydrogen or alternative energy sectors.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP).
