About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Polly Piland - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with other agency departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
