Job Description

HandCraft Services is seeking a Client Relations Account Specialist to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key personnel at healthcare facilities to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily client visits to answer questions and document visit outcomes in Salesforce.
  • Know and understand products and services offered by HandCraft and make recommendations to clients.
  • Provide effective customer service through education, consultation, and individual support to assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate and renew client contracts.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for new business and addition of products with existing customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a service-oriented role; prior account management experience preferred.
  • Ability to use various computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relations software packages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
