The SEO Team Lead plays a crucial role within the SEO department, overseeing the management and success of our clients' organic search initiatives:

  • Execute day-to-day SEO strategies across various clients.
  • Collaborate with predefined SEO campaign goals.
  • Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
  • Coordinate with other media teams to ensure optimal organic search outcomes.
  • Engage with technical teams to devise and implement technical SEO strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with industry tools such as Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMRush, Brightedge, and Conductor.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key search engine ranking factors.
  • Ability to perform detailed on-site optimization.
  • Proven track record of managing ongoing SEO campaigns independently.
  • Knowledge of local search dynamics and local rankings.
  • Experience with local listings management and local SEO.
  • Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and/or CSS is a plus.
  • Brightedge Certification is a significant advantage.
  • Google Analytics Certification is beneficial.
Work Environment

No physical activity is required for this position. Some travel may be necessary for industry events and client engagements.
