Hello Mazda of Temecula is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Consultant at our thriving dealership.

We are in search of a dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service. Someone who aims to cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients and believes that the automotive sales journey should be enjoyable, transparent, and straightforward.

While we welcome candidates with previous automotive sales experience, we are also eager to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused roles. Our compensation structure includes a guaranteed hourly wage along with performance-based bonuses, with our sales team members earning between $60,000 and $120,000 annually.

Compensation and Benefits:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Establish rapport with customers from their initial inquiry.
  • Provide detailed information about vehicles, pricing, and options through various communication channels.
  • Schedule showroom visits and test drives.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge to become a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicles and financial products.
  • Learn to address customer objections and excel in sales situations.
  • Follow up with customers to foster referral business and build lasting relationships.
