Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
  • Active Life & Health license is mandatory.
